- Prior to the Wedding: Two planning consultations, a venue walkthrough, a detailed wedding timeline, rehearsal coordination (1 hour), detailed party timelines, vendor timelines, and personalized service and care.
- Day of the Wedding: 8 hours of support, receiving vendor deliveries, venue setup and decor support, assistance with boutonnieres and corsages, oversight of the wedding ceremony, photographer support, transitions from ceremony to cocktail hour and then to dinner/reception, vendor point of contact and payments, DJ collaboration, cake cutting ceremony, overall timeline management, and reasonable breakdown activities. Intrust Events goes above and beyond in care and work with each couple to add additional tasks to the day to make it all go smoothly and ease the worry of the couple, family and friends.
In addition to everything included in the Day-of Coordination package, the Partial Planning package also offers the booking of up to three vendors, unlimited hours of support, and assistance with stationery and invitations.
The Full Wedding Planning package encompasses all services from the Day-of Coordination and Partial Planning packages, plus a customized vision board, all vendor bookings and contract management, and unlimited time and support for every aspect of your wedding planning journey.
The Day-of Coordination package includes 8 hours of support on the wedding day. Additional hours can be added. The Partial Planning and Full Planning packages offer flexible and unlimited support as needed.

Yes, the Day-of Coordination and all other packages include up to 1 hour of rehearsal coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.

No, your venue coordinator is NOT the same as an Intrust coordinator that you hire to work for YOU. The venue coordinators focus on their staff and venue set-up, where our team is there to ensure that all the details you have made come to life. We become your assistants for the day.

Our team will work with you to find a suitable solution and accommodate your new plans. An event must be cancelled 7 days prior to the date or paid in full. Deposits are not refunded.
